Magus are currently working on an exciting project to restore the complete electrical and electronics systems on a classic vintage car.

Working from the shell of the car with just the engine, our engineering team are busy developing the electrical systems for this classic vehicle, the scope of the project includes drive by wire, carburettor control, gear box and all the basic functions of a working road vehicle.

With safety considerations paramount, we are integrating controls including synchronisation of two engines through a differential gear box and a micro controller dedicated to gear change. The data from either engine can be displayed on the console at the flick of a switch.
